I absolutely love Bryan and the PMI team! Their local service and attention to detail is top notch! They are responsive and take great care of the properties they manage and the clients they serve. Truly a great experience! The attention to detail makes us want to come back to PMI every time we come to the area. Not only was the property beautiful, the hosts were great and made sure we were taken care of! Thank you for giving us the weekend getaway we needed!
Unethical company with no transparency. Took our reservation and money while the property was for sale and under due diligence. Did not inform us until they closed. At that point, all the other options we were looking at were already booked so they really messed up our plans. Cannot recommend a company that has listings across multiple platforms that are not actually available. Look elsewhere or risk your reservation getting canceled.
The PMi team does an excellent job. We introduced one of my real estste clients to Bryan and Karla to put their property under short term rental magement. They did a thorough review of the property and gave a good overview of how to setup the luxury home to maximize revenue, limit liabilities and overall create a positive experience for all parties involved in the days to day activitie. The setup was completed in a timely manner and bookings have started. High highly recommend the PMI team.
