I was on a hunt for Silver Grey granite for my kitchen. After calling around and visiting other stone yards, PMI International Stone Importers in Albany had what I was looking for and many more beautiful slabs. Alana was the sales person who assisted and the entire PMI staff were great. Patient and knowledgeable! I couldn’t ask for more.
Hard to get a hold of, not very approachable.
The pessimistic attention, there is a person who does not have patience to serve people, I do not know if he is the owner, but he is very despotic, these people when one goes to buy them think that they are doing us a favor
My experience sourcing stone was good and I enjoyed the help I received from Kevin...until I realized I was completely mis-led by PMI’s recommendation to use HK Marble as the fabricator. The beautiful stone I just purchased has been butchered by the single fabricator they wholeheartedly and enthusiastically connected me to and proven to be a COMPLETE DISASTER. Fine to go here to source your stone but stop there. Do not be fooled into taking any further recommendations beyond the stone itself.
