We had a very positive experience at PMI regarding the purchase of two large slabs of honed granite for our kitchen renovation. Initially leaning toward soapstone, it was exceedingly helpful to be able to stop in at PMI and see (in-person rather than on-line) new stock that came in over a period of months. (PMI's Saturday hours were an unexpected bonus.) Peter was exceptionally patient and great to work with. Even when a freak accident happened with the slab at the fabricator’s, Peter and the Laurie (manager from the NJ office) was incredibly helpful and worked hard at making sure the project stayed on track as best as possible. I cannot say enough about their customer service. Truly exceptional care and service and I wish all companies offered customer service like they do!
I worked with Rafeena at PMI Albany. She was amazing from start to finish. So patient and really listened to what I liked and disliked. I visited the store several times in the last year and never felt pressure to make a decision quickly. I highly recommend her to anyone looking! We also met with Peter on a day Rafeena was not in. He was great, so friendly and helpful. The entire team is knowledgeable and supportive. Thank you PMI!
PMI Albany & the onsite manager, Jeff Ward, are absolutely wonderful to work with! We had a last minute glitch with our counter tops (super stressful) and they literally bent over backwards to help us find new stone. They could not have been more accommodating! We highly recommend them. The staff is also very knowledgeable and super pleasant to work with.
