We purchased a home recently in Bella Vista. We cannot move for a little while so we decided to rent it until we can. This is our first rental property and my husband and I are very particular. I've been with PMI for about 2 months. From clear communication to placing appropriate renters in my property I am extremely satisfied! Thank you so much Manvi for making this a great experience!
Manvi at PMI Heritage is an outstanding property manager with years of experience and a true commitment to customer service. He’s highly responsive, proactive, and handles every detail with professionalism. His dedication gives me complete peace of mind, knowing my property is in excellent hands. If you need a reliable and communicative manager, give him a chance!
Manvi has always been quick to respond with any questions or suggestions. They listed my property promptly. If the tenant has had a question or an issue he promptly reached out to me. He has done an excellent job at meeting both my needs and the tenant needs. Would highly recommend. Thank you for all your hard work.
We own a few dozen rental units and went through multiple property managers we weren’t satisfied with before we found Manvi at PMI a few years ago. He’s always very responsive, attentive, and ensures properties are maintained, tenants are placed, and the rentals operate efficiently. We would highly recommend working with him to other rental owners in the area.
