Good morning, I just wanted to let someone know of the outstanding customer service we received last night at the Hairball show. There was a little mix up on the tickets I received and one of your employees named Shelly was extremely helpful. She was very empathetic to my situation and worked hard to find others at your company that could help. When the others showed up, they were just as helpful. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated everyone's efforts, it made a great night even better!
Always just bringing in lame country or has been rock bands to the Resch center. Absolutely pathetic.
