Got recommended to PMI through a mutual friend for some type of leak in the HVAC system. They didn't go up and look at the unit, simply told us it would be best to invest in a new unit since they couldn't guarantee they could get the necessary parts (even though they gave us no diagnostic). They quoted us 10k. We went to another company who told us it was an uneven drain pan that was causing the leak...aka, the fix was only $100. I discourage everyone I know from using this company because of that experience.
