Dr Clifford did an excellent job with surgery, however my post care in his clinic has been terrible. 1st postop appointment I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes before telling front staffi had another dr appointment across town. I then received a rude letter in the mail saying I missed my appointment and after 3 missed appointment i would not be seen by any of the Prosser clinics. 2nd appointment to get my stitches out i sat in the waiting room for 32 minutes even after asking front staff what the heck was going on.
