T PMG urgent care severe lower back pain, recommended by on call DR to go to urgent care. staff did not provide any support/assistance to help my wife to walk from lobby to the the exam room or back, she then had to us wall as support in my walk to X-ray room or get on or off the X-ray machine. After a terrible experience at Health Express where we got no care at all, we came here. They were friendly, kind, caring, saw us right away and we got excellent care. But I'm writing the review to recognize the nurse who performed my son's blood draw. (I think her name was Heather) He has severe anxiety about blood draws and she was amazing. We were given the option of going to the lab across the hall, or staying in a private space. No judgement, calming and has amazing phlebotomy skills. He said he didn't even feel it. Fol... read more

Very unsatisfied. I am having an issue with my eye, and I went into the urgent care to try to get it checked out. They refused service to me because aPpOiNtMeNt OnLy, and were very rude about it! Do not go here for any reason unless you like being refused service!
