Went for annual physical which is covered 100% thru my insurance and since they P.A. suggested a medication they charged me $80 for an office visit as if 2 different appointments. Physical was more of a conversation, not the full exam I've received when it was Dr McIver and Dr Cody's office. Atrium has turned it into a for profit office and not patient care. They charged insurance $600 for 20 min visit. They took the $80 charge off after I threatened to report to insurance for fraud
I see all negative prior reviews which do not match my own experience. My recent visit was great! Perhaps the associates took criticism seriously and implemented positive updates. Had a great visit, polite staff, easy booking, no wait time.
Terrible, awful care and service. Not professional customer service at all. Physician asked questions about me to others which got back to me, totally toxic behavior, outside of the boundaries of ethics. Stay away from this toxic businessplace not where you want to get excellent medical care.
This Practice Is Just Awful,Its Next To Impossible To Get An Appointment,And The Personal That Work The Phones Have To Be The Most Disrespectful People I Have Ever Dealt With,Because Of Them I Am Changing Practices,I'm Done With These People
