Dismissive, unkind, do not care about you at all. Abusive. The supervisor/manager refused to follow ADA accommodations (which the law requires) after agreement to do so multiple times before my colonoscopy despite my medically fragile state. Arrogant and uncaring people.
Thank you to the staff of this GI outpatient clinic. Special mention to the front office personnel, to the RNs who were very professional and competent and friendly and to the doctors who attended to my son.
I was pleased with the staff, nurses Debbie and Crystal were awesome and very friendly! Dr Mittal was very personable too and he made sure I did not have questions. I felt comfortable and at ease with my procedure today.
