It's sad, very few staff are wearing masks. Yet my daughter, who has been diagnosed with severe anxiety and PTSD, is getting a surgical procedure today and we moved a chair so her husband and I can sit close for support and comfort. We live next door to each other and see each other multiple times a day. We were in a corner across from anyone else is the waiting area, at least 20 feet from them A very rude nurse came by and said they were "still following COVID 19 protocols" and the chairs couldn't moved.
