This company changed the led Lights for my store on July 2024, Since then the lights went off 3 times because of using cheap Transformer Converter Adaptor. They gave me one year supplies warranty, They came to change the adaptor and they broke my big street flexy sign and instead of being apologetic, The owner started to yell at me and tried to put the blames on me. You can NOT find a more HONEST company! I hired them to bypass a ballast on a flourescent fixture. They discovered an unrelated faulty contact and repaired it free of charge!!
Wow! where do I start? I called Patrick Gibbs to fix an outlet in my master bedroom. He arrived with the smell of alcohol on his breath and the smell of cigarettes on his clothes. I had to ask him to remove his shoes due to the white carpet in my room, he had no shoe covers. After an hour or so I passed by my bedroom only to find a glass lamp shattered on the floor, he apologized but he tried to move the bedside table with out taking the items off the table first which is basic common sense.
