Shocking customer service. Lady on the phone was flat out rude, sassy and completely unhelpful
Service was quick for the parts I had ordered.

Tom, the manager at PMF, was extremely rude and unprofessional—the most impolite manager I have encountered. His behavior and attitude do not reflect the qualities expected of someone in a leadership position. If you value professionalism and trustworthiness, I would advise looking elsewhere.”
We were in need of a specific part for our toilet, Alessia helped us and was excellent. She was very patient and help us find our exact part as well gave us a print out to see exactly which part we needed. Overall great customer service.
