Military trained instructor-led group sessions held outdoors at Impney Park for all levels of fitness, including civilians, reservists and veterans. Train in the beautiful, private grounds of the historic Chateau. Circuit training, fitness bootcamps, HIIT sessions and military-style fitness which is ideal if you're looking to join the armed forces, or just want to get fitter and healthier. No military experience or equipment is required. Reservists, veterans and active service personnel train for free.

amazing instructors. always different sessions your able to push yourself to your own limits. make great friends. beautiful location too!
Such a friendly bunch of people. Hardly notice how hard I'm working with all the banter and laughter. Only been twice but I'm hooked. A great all over workout in beautiful surroundings.
Before starting PMF I was anxious , unfit and had let myself go 11 years ago after my 1st child. I was made to feel so welcome. Paul planned his classes around the different abilitys and gave alot of reassurance . All members of PMF have become friends and I know are always there to support each other. Classes are fun and have done wonders for my mental health .
Everyone supportive, friendly and very encouraging. Varied sessions all set in a beautiful location
