PMD is amazing! I’ve never had customer service better than these folks provide. I had a very obscure question about a product i bought from them and they worked on my problem on their time off! Calling me back a day later after they received and answer from their contact in Japan. Can’t ask for anything more than that. The Tom’s bracing i installed in my LC500 was top quality. Highly recommend!!! Customer service from PMD VIP is exceptional! They literally got back to me with all my questions within the next business multiple times! I live in Hawaii so shipping large items here is very expensive but Roy who i believed help me with my transaction helped me find the most cost efficient way to get my items here!
