Product is good and as described. PMC delivered the accessories (lugnuts etc.) inexplicably 1 day later than the rims and tires. Following tire delivery i got an email that "this completes your order" so i assumed the accessories were missed, requested a refund, and mounted the tires using existing hardware. Customer service was not receptive to my POV that PMC caused me to either not use their hardware or made me do the job twice.
