Today was my mom first visit at Claremedica. My overall experience from start for Finnish was really good. To day we had the pleasure of having Michel Granados as mom new care giver. He took his time to understand our concerns address anything that needs to be addressed with care. I highly recommend this office
Terrible! If you like sitting on Hold on the phone, repeatedly for 20 minutes at a time then go ahead. But they made a mistake & sent wrong report to my specialist. So I have spent days trying to get them on the phone just to give them the fax # so they can send right report BEFORE my specialist appointment. They have that number! Why can’t the correct info be sent the first time? is it the patient’s responsibility to see that the staff do their jobs right? Shouldn’t the office manager or doctor be checking on that?
