I have to say, the Brothers at Tire 521 has always done good work for me. Taking there time to really fix the problem and concerns you may have, bit in a timely manner. These pros get 5 stars from me. Highly recommend!
Nice people and good service. I needed to replace a tire that had a nail in it. I received excellent advice and fast service.
I was towed to tire 521 due to a flat tire. They oriented me on the right tire for my EV, why I should go for EV tires as opposed to regular tires and gave me alternatives to choose from. I felt their price and orientation was very honest so I went ahead and change all tires as it was time for my car. My tires had to be ordered but Im happy with the service and rest assured that my car has the correct tires for an EVs.
I can't give a review of service for my car because I've never been there. But I called them to discuss a business matter, it was a business call. During the conversation, the person just hung up. When I attempted to call back, the phone went to voice mail. I can understand if a person is not interested in something. But to just hang up in the middle of a conversation is rude and it shows poor phone etiquette. This makes me wonder about their customer service in general.
