Pros: building is nice, some apartments have original hardwood floors. Location is great, and having off street parking was awesome (though people park in the wrong spots often). Very pet friendly. Cons: management couldnt care less and will ignore you. Repairs (even in emergencies) often take days or weeks to rectify. Mice were a problem the entire year I lived here. My first week, a resident with keys to my apartment entered while I was showering. PMC could not give an explanation, nor were my locks changed.

If you’re looking for a place that turns basic apartment living into an endless obstacle course, congratulations—you’ve found it. The management seems to have mastered the art of finding new and creative ways to charge residents for things you didn’t even know could cost money. It’s honestly impressive. The fire alarms deserve a special mention. Nothing says “luxury living” like being jolted awake at 2 or 3 AM by alarms going off over and over again. If I can put a lower rating I would. I’ve had a very disappointing experience living here. Maintenance issues are consistently handled with temporary "band-aid" solutions instead of being properly fixed. It feels like problems are just patched up to get by rather than actually resolved. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication from management. Phone calls and emails go unanswered almost every time. Terrible. I moved in to a new PMC Property apartment. A few months ago. My first month I had a couple stolen packages. I was told Genna was the only one who can help me. She was difficult to reach so I gave up. 2 months later I am having more issues with stolen packages and I still can't reach her. Management at the moment don't have access to video camera therefore it is hard for me to file a claim on my expensive items.
