Terrible. I moved in to a new PMC Property apartment. A few months ago. My first month I had a couple stolen packages. I was told Genna was the only one who can help me. She was difficult to reach so I gave up. 2 months later I am having more issues with stolen packages and I still can't reach her. Management at the moment don't have access to video camera therefore it is hard for me to file a claim on my expensive items.

I can't stress enough that you should NOT ever do business with this rental grift. As soon as you sign your lease, you are on your own for any and all maintenance. Requests go unanswered and when you can get someone on the phone they literally scream at you like you are at fault for wanting to live in a safe environment. The first two floors are truly one of the worst places one could live. 1. CONSTANT roof leaks. I probably had 20-30 different leaks over a few years here. One was a continuous stream of murky brown liquid onto my kitchen counter at 4 am. They tell you they'll try to fix it. It takes them weeks. The same area keeps leaking. Takes a couple more weeks. Negative star for PMC. They only answer emails and calls during the leasing process when they want you to give them business after that they will treat you like a nobody. They will ignore your calls and emails until you give up.
