The mid wife and all the other staff here hate their job and they will unprofessionally talk about your personal business in the office saying test results etc and talk rude about you knowing you can hear what’s being said and then come into the room and act fake like you didn’t just hear what happened . Spend money to go somewhere/anywhere else further , they do not deserve your business
The wait was over a hour after already having an appointment. The receptionist and nurses were extremely unprofessional and unorganized. They were rude and the office smelled really bad. Next time I will stick w/ my bartonsville Appointments that I usually have.
OMG! Good to know! I haven't been there in years and back then they were top of the line! Dr. DeQuevedo delivered all my kids, the last one when he was dying of cancer! :( They were Crème de la crème <3 These new doctors/techs/assistants, etc. are terrible everywhere anymore..
I scheduled an app with the OBGYN in Tobyhanna. When I arrived the secretary was amazing and nice, the NP was also very knowledgeable and friendly. The tech named Victoria however, was incredible rude. I am actively switching obgyn's because of this. she had a bad attitude and a rude comment for everything I said. I am pregnant with twins, just getting the know the area, but she made a bad impression and I can only hope that other techs in the area will not be like her. she needs to receive better training and probably a les... read more
Horribly unorganized office. Took almost a week to call in my prescription to the pharmacy after calling everyday to see what the hold up was. I finally decided to arrive at the office to demand my prescription be faxed to the pharmacy right away. They didn’t even apologize for THEIR MISTAKE. (May I add I needed this prescription I was in a lot of pain.)
