Extremely unprofessional and cares zero about the patient. They wait until the day prior of your expected delivery to inform you they cannot fill your prescription. Oh and to boot on a Friday leaving the patient and doctors no time to find a solution. This company is supposed to understand chronic pain management and patient needs. Clearly they could care less. Since April of 2025 (four months), I have been a client of PMC Pharmacy for my pain management needs, having been referred by another patient. As a client, I require two controlled medications, and due to my allergies, they must be from two different manufacturers, which has presented a unique challenge. When I First Got With Them It Was Fine But Later Down The Line Here Comes The Problems At First They Charged Me $102 Then Later I Called My Insurance They Told Me My Copay Was Like $13 I Call Them They Says A Diffrent Price. Then The Next Month They Send Out A Message Talking About They Charges Has Changed. We're All Human Nobody Ah Robot So If Them Pharmacist Having A Bad Day In Don't Want Too Fill Prescriptions That's Whst They Would Do. This I Feel With Alot Ppl In Their Jobs.
