I took a fabulous Power class with Ashley while I was visiting Pagosa Springs. I loved her style and sense of humor that glimmered throughout the class. The studio was clean, cute, and welcoming. Ashley was kind enough to introduce herself (and her mom <3) to me after the class and asked about my plans for my stay and offered more suggestions for me to check out. I will certainly return to PMAB whenever I visit Pagosa Springs. Thank you for providing a welcoming and safe place to practice!

PMAB is a wonderful experience. Staff was polite and helpful. Stefanie was kind, understanding, compassionate and helping in explaining her findings. I will be returning for more treatments!
