We just finished home addition construction with the PMA team and we were blown away by their care. Amit, Ofir and they team helped us every step of the process, from the initial idea of expanding the house and creating a primary suite, through the permit process, construction and the final touches. Whoever has the Hummer that is owned/represents this company needs to learn how to drive. It is so sad that the vehicle didn’t come with turn signals and whoever is driving it obviously can’t see over the steering wheel to stay in their own lane.
I cannot recommend Ofir highly enough. We did a large addition to the back of our home with an ADU and Ofir made sure the project went smoothly and would always have a solution to any problems that were encountered along the way. You will always encounter issues and surprises in large projects and Ofir would just find solutions with city, architect, engineers etc. He also stuck to his bid and saw the project through to the very end which many contractors do not do. As a general contractor the way this contractor manages his job site is the worst I have ever witnessed. His site is messy, noisy, disorganized, no consideration of the neighborhood or neighbors, his subcontractor vehicles (sometimes 10 vehicles per day for a year) and heavy equipment, dumpsters etc take up the street parking, block trash cans on trash day, leave their lunch trash in the street, nails and screws and various construction trash litter the street daily) causing flat tires. A full bathroom renovation, gutted down to the joists and concrete. They did a fantastic job and we have a beautiful bathroom with a heated floor. They also completed several other jobs fixing doors that didn't close, replacing a bedroom wall that wasn't insulated, fixing wainscoting, painting our entrance and stairwell. We couldn't be happier. Such nice people with excellent skills. Finished on time and on budget.
