Trust me if your worker’s comp claim with HOPE GREER do yourself a favor and change her because she is very unfair and untrustworthy person. She made me quit my job with the injury and refuse to pay for my off work days , denied my claim , refused my physical therapy , refused my MRI , she said your injury is not under the work accident definition. But no doubt unfair people know about karma.
Yes I have been on workmans comp and they decided to put a stop payment on my benefits December 17th 2024 one week before cristmas after sending me to multiple IME which the first one agreed with my claim so they sent me to another one who couldn't site any reasons for there negative diagnosis and so they cut my benefits immediately so they pretty much went doctor shopping til they found on who was crooked enough to misdiagnose me in there efforts to stop my claim after I broke my back working for one of the companies they w... read more
I've been dealing with this place since June of 2022 and I am currently on my 9th adjuster, I have no clue who it is so I'm going to have to track down who it is to get my pay fixed yet again. And this building has a desk where your paperwork goes to sit for nobody to do anything with for weeks on end. It's bad enough your hurt and out of work but then you have to deal with a company as bad as this one to stress you out to the max because you never knownif you'll be paid or if it will be right. Humberto Martin was incredibly unresponsive while handling my claim. After ignoring my calls for multiple weeks, I had to call a different adjuster just to be able to provide my statement on the damages. He didn’t even notify me that a decision was made over 10 weeks from the claim being filed. Unbelievable incompetence.
