My therapist, Dr. Cruse, is the best therapist that I’ve ever had. Dr. Cruse makes me feel seen and heard and I find it easy to be open and honest with her. I feel so comfortable with her and as an added bonus, she has a great sense of humor. She is the perfect therapist for someone like me and will continue to see her.
My experience with Jayme Cruse was awful and I recommend seeking someone competent as she clearly has some competency issues perhaps evidenced by her working as a “pre-licensed” psychologist under an LPC license for 20 years. In our first and only session she told me I “set [myself] up for failure… well, you set yourself up for disappointment” because in her opinion I failed to plan. This was particularly unsettling.
