A regrettable experience: I made a long distance move back to Columbus on 10/17/22. The realtor recommended Kate Finch of Pm Title. After speaking w/ her on the phone I agreed but it was a bad decision. I had an addendum attached to my P&S agreement to protect myself. I forwarded a copy of this to Cate to read, sign, return one copy to me, retain one copy for her files & returned the receipt to me which she did. My experience does not reflect the other reviews. I unfortunately dealt with Mildred as the closer. She is unresponsive to time sensitive emails and communicates poorly. Strongly suggest using another title company or getting assurance to better communication from this one.

Unprofessional. Mildred does not respond to emails or phone texts. Do not recommend using them.
