What a great service provider. They texted me to remind me about my annual generator service. Scheduled the appointment through text, which included a confirmation email. Texted me when Technician was en route to my house - and included a map of his location and his picture. My Technician, Mike Mercurio, was very friendly and professional. They then emailed me my invoice the same day that I was able to pay via my phone. That is incredible service. And that's why I am a customer for life.
Mike was awesome! Got our generator serviced and ready for the summer season and made sure everything will do what it’s supposed to if the power should go out. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and a great communicator.
