My son has trained with Coach PJ at PM Sports since the 8th grade. He completed strength, conditioning, speed and agility programs. He participated in football camps and 7s teams. Not all the programs went as planned. There are some things that are out of PJ's control. But I can sincerely say that Coach PJ is a major reason why my son was recruited to play D1 college football.
