The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful on getting everything scheduled and during my sleep study. Mitch was great. He answered any questions and was very nice and made the whole sleep study a pleasant experience.
Mean and uncaring. My wife called them first as she did not need a referral. Big mistake. She was told to get a referral from her Primary MD. Ok so she gets the referral and speaks to them again. This time they were just plain mean about it. The woman told my wife very sternly that she was not to call back again until pm sleep lab got an authorization from my wife's insurance company.
