So fat just dealing with whoever makes appointments has been awful. Talked to 2 very rude and not helpful at all women
Very professional and courteous people work here. They are very helpful in explaining an acquaintance for the first time to a sleep machine---show you helpful points to contribute to your experience in using the CPAK which was very foreign to me......great people
Just finished my sleep lab last night with Derrick. he was great! Provided clear instructions and made me feel comfortable. I wasn't sure what to expect, but everything went fine. You first fall asleep, then "if needed" they will put a mask on you later in the night. He did a great job and I highly recommend this place. You have your own room, with a TV and recliner. Bed was comfortable. bathroom is private as well, but no shower.
