Jim gave a fabulous presentation/instruction of the sleep apnea machine.
Gwen from PM Sleep Lab is very professional and knows her business very well. She's friendly, approachable, and explained everything about my new CPAP machine very well. At the end of my appointment with her, I was confident I knew everything about my new machine that I needed to know. She answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me a few tips about CPAP use along the way which I found very helpful. Definitely 5 stars to Gwen and 5 stars to PM Sleep Lab for hiring the right kind of people for this job!!!!!
