My Cpap was having problems and quit working. When she came out the first time she got it working but knew it was on its way out. A few days later she called letting me know she was going to get me a new machine, which she somehow got approved through the VA. Gwen delivered and set up the machine today which she explained in detail. Thank you Gwen.
