We are a former customer of PM Pools, they built our pool and we worked with them for years. They run a good business and were good to work with. We worked with Gene V, and he was very good (competent and friendly) (he has left the business). Dan Y was very good, too. They provided weekly maintenance, and replaced the pump and heater as well as coping and plaster. Other than weekly maintenance, the service quality and customer experience was excellent. Our experiences with PM Pools have always been excellent; the entire team is professional, proficient and customer-oriented. They are also very easy to do business with and very responsive. From their owners to office staff to technicians to pool maintenance staff, they are exceptional. We recommend them highly.
