I visited the Rockville center location in NY and was treated horrible by the receptionist /medical assistant. Waited 20 minutes before she came out and instead of apologizing for the wait. She was so rude by saying if you need help go sit down and wait to be called. I had a child with a fever already being a parent panicking about their child she was just rolling her eyes very unprofessionally and I said why do you have to be so rude and she started being very rude and and just giving an awful attitude. INSURANCE FRAUD / SCAM The visit in the Livingston office was great. They are trying to tell me I owe almost $600 because my daughter "did not have coverage on the date of service" when they "submitted it to my insurance." I have had the same insurance plan for TWELVE years - no lapse in coverage. Urgent cares are 100% covered with a $15 copay. I paid the copay in the office. Marlboro office My first visit the back staff was phenomenal. Front desk EXTREMELY RUDE AND DIRESPECTFUL! Second visit. I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE NO MORE.!! The star in the back this visit was not thorough and felt very quick. Front desk I must say needs a lot of improvement. I know she needs to do her job but communication is KEY at the doctors office. I will never ever take my child here again because their billing system is atrocious and they can't sort out how to properly submit a claim. Please listen to me and the rest of these reviews and do not take your child to any PM Pediatric Care.
So you don’t submit a claim to my insurance company and then send me a bogus email on Thursday night informing me that you’re going to charge my card on Sunday. I call you on Friday multiple times and send an email and no one answers, responds or calls me back. Now you charge my card!!!! Disgusting!!!! I have full coverage. You submitted a claim for one kid but not the other? Same insurance! Give me back my money!
