I will never ever take my child here again because their billing system is atrocious and they can't sort out how to properly submit a claim. Please listen to me and the rest of these reviews and do not take your child to any PM Pediatric Care.
So you don’t submit a claim to my insurance company and then send me a bogus email on Thursday night informing me that you’re going to charge my card on Sunday. I call you on Friday multiple times and send an email and no one answers, responds or calls me back. Now you charge my card!!!! Disgusting!!!! I have full coverage. You submitted a claim for one kid but not the other? Same insurance! Give me back my money!
Fraudulent billing over a year after son’s appointment. Bill paid by insurance, but PM Pediatrics refuses to refund and is now impossible to talk to anyone in the billing department.
Very very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful!!! I do not recommend this place and I use to love them!!! This person was rude, and yelled at me for her being highly and not wanting to admit she was WRONG with the check in info. She told me to sit down when I asked for a manager as if I was the reason she had to work and like I was her child. When some came out it was not a manager but a x-ray tech who was no help. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at PM Pediatrics Behavioral Health. Despite being assured multiple times that my son’s treatment would have $0 out-of-pocket costs, I was blindsided by a significant bill months later. The billing department and higher-ups repeatedly gave me the runaround, offering unhelpful solutions like a payment plan—even though I repeatedly explained that I have other medical debt and cannot take on more.
