Absolutely awesome. Paul answered me back within a half hour. I dropped my lawnmower off (he does offer pickup and drop off) and within 24hrs he had it fixed. I will not be going anywhere else.

Paul did a great job fixing and tuning up my mower. My ride on mower starting blowing blue smoke and burning oil. I texted Paul, who was recommended by a friend, and he picked it up and returned it the next day. Not only did he fix the problem but he also tuned it up, fixed the braking, leveled the deck and other things. We'll definitely use Paul for any other small engine repair in the future.
now a days, to find quality customer service is so hard. Paul is not only very knowledgeable about his craft, he responded to my inquiry within an hour of me reaching out. I called regarding my sit down lawn mower and when paul came to pick it up, yes picked it up!, I asked if he might be able to take my snow blower for a once over as well. This review will seem fake, but it’s real. My generator was able to start up, but it kept stalling. I reached out to Paul and he picked up my generator (too big and heavy to transport myself), diagnosed the problem, serviced it and returned it to my house all within 24 hours. Amazing. There is no similar fix-it-shop or individual that can come close to this level of service at a reasonable rate. PM Motor Works is the best small engine repair option on the South Shore by far.
