From the time we switched to PM Kidz I saw a different in my son in how he responded to going to the doctors. Nadia is amazing and she listens to my concerns. The staff and providers followed up with me after certain visits and I absolutely love that.
Where do I begin? The welcoming feeling starts at the front door. The front desk staff is always kind and courteous. They are prompt when you are standing at the front desk. They try their best not to make you wait and answer any questions asap. It maybe because I have so many kiddos but they always remember me as well! The walk in option is amazing. Janessa and Bianca was helpful and took care of our first appointment smoothly and pleasantly. The facility is clean and nice. I will give more rating in the future.
Chaunte was amazing!!! We got a same day appointment for a well-child visit and a few immunizations. Great visit, definitely recommend PM Kidz!
