The Doctor was Awesome!! She really engaged with my kids and talked to them and asked plenty of questions!! The office staff became short with me after I asked if she had my required paperwork. She asked for me to have a seat while she got it all together and I had done so. I had waited for 15 minutes and gone back up to the desk where the staff member cut her eyes at me and was rude. Loved how engaging Dr. Slaughter-Atiemo was! She spoke to my son, was fun and engaging! Great experience.
I love it here. My son and I are new to the area and one of my biggest worries was finding a new doctor. The staff at PM Kidz are always helpful, friendly, and courteous. The space is clean and very well kept. The technology is up to date. I am so glad we chose them.
I loved this practice but the billing department has a HORRIBLE attitude. I call to correct insurances and I am met with an attitude EVERY TIME I call. I call and leave a voicemail, never receive a call back. GET RID OF THEM ALL. We are your customers, and the customer service is horrible!
