PM Kidz was right on time! The facility is very nice and welcoming. They are very professional; bed side manner puts children at ease. My son was seen by FNPC Dr. Brown, and she was VERY knowledgeable, patient and explained what she needed him to do. If you need an after hours pediatric urgent care PM Kidz is all you need.

Although most of the staff are friendly, the wait time at this place is unbelievable. LONG WAIT TIMES ARE A CONSTANT AT THIS PLACE. I had an appointment at 10:00am, arrived at 9:45, didn’t actually get to see the doctor until around 10:45am. I think the doctor’s name is Jenn. She argued with me, trying to justify the wait time however, she failed to take accountability or show sympathy. We started at PM Kidz when our child was born. He's now 4 and we've been very pleased with the services and care recieved over the years. The office and waiting rooms are always clean and well-organized. The front desk medical receptionists are also mostly friendly and accommodating with different requests. We've mainly dealt with Dr. Slaughter and Dr. Brown. Both have always been super professional and knowledgeable.
