The service here has definitely gone down drastically, I have been taking my children here for years and it seems to be getting progressively worse. You call and no one answers the phone, when someone does answer the phone it’s either an answering service, who tells you that they are taking walk ins (even when they’re not). They advertise that they take walk-ins Monday to Friday from 9-11:30 then from 1-4 but that is incorrect it has been 3 times now that I have gone in for a walk in only to be told that they are not taking ... read more
I love her
This has been our pediatrician for over 8 years. I’ve trusted them with my grand children and my children. If I ever have great grands I will insist that they come to PMKIDZ. There is no better pediatric office in Waldorf. It feels like visiting family.
