Philip and his crew literally rescued a home in our family. Repaired damaged sill in the house that had rotted from water leaking under a window, replaced the windows that had been improperly installed some 40+ years ago, repaired flooring, remodeled baths. Frankly, he worked miracles and prevented further damage to this home. He shows up when he says he will be there. He doesn't scrimp on shoddy materials. He does what he promises to do. Bought a new home, PM Home Solutions addressed issues found during the inspection and many that were personal preferences. Below are only a few: Reattached shutters Added new seals to garage door, front door, back door. Gas and Electricity is already too expensive. I cannot say enough good things about PM Home Solutions and Phillip Millward. He took our 1950's kitchen and made in modern and so beautiful. We were new to remodeling and Phillip was incredibly patient and reliable. He finished the job in a timely manner and treated our house like it was his own. He even made friends with our dog Rosie. I will certainly call Phillip when we get ready to remodel our bathroom. I highly recommend PM Home Solutions!
