Philip and his crew literally rescued a home in our family. Repaired damaged sill in the house that had rotted from water leaking under a window, replaced the windows that had been improperly installed some 40+ years ago, repaired flooring, remodeled baths. Frankly, he worked miracles and prevented further damage to this home. He shows up when he says he will be there. He doesn't scrimp on shoddy materials. He does what he promises to do. Bought a new home, PM Home Solutions addressed issues found during the inspection and many that were personal preferences. We can't say enough about the excellent work we received from Phillip and his crewman, Lewis. Phillip had excellent resources for us to find the products we needed for our projects at the fairest of prices. His suggestions along the way were perfect.
