Mitzi always does fantastic work on alterations
We had 4 dresses altered (3 bridesmaid dresses and 1 mother of the groom dress) and had one of the worst experiences I have ever had as a customer. The snap I had put in at the neckline was showing when I tried the dress on, so I calmly asked "What can we do about that?" The seamstress responded "I don't know, sweetheart, it's not like I can wave a magic wand and fix everything". She had no ideas to resolve the matter and was rude and unhelpful. Great job as always!
Mitzi was just wonderful. Even with COVID we were able to get my daughter's wedding dress altered on time. She went out of her way to make sure the bride was happy. After the first fitting the hip area had to be extended and Mitzi told us just to come back in an hour and she would have it ready. And she did! She even put a bustle on it which really work wonderfully during pictures and dancing. I highly recommend Mitzi!
