Avoid. My experience with PM Car Sales was extremely poor from start to finish. Once payment was made, communication dropped off completely and I was left chasing repeatedly for basic updates. Emails were ignored and the situation was dragged out far longer than it ever should have been. Overall the service was unprofessional and I would not recommend.

Refreshingly excellent customer service from day 1! Having been used to main dealers (BMW) offering a mediocre level of customer service this has truly been an excellent experience.
