They have great customer service. My car is beautiful. They even offered to shampoo my carpet for free to bring it by anytime and they will take care of it. They offer a good price. While I was on vacation the swamp cooler at my house sprung a leak and misted my dark blue Volvo with tap water for about 10 days and nights. When I returned it was covered with thick mineral deposits on the glass and the paint. I tried several chemicals to remove the deposits but was not very successful. I took the car to Mario at P&M detail and he gave me a fair quote for removing the water stains on the glass especially. He started on the car that day and a day and a half later he was done.
