We purchased a mattress costing over \$4,000 from PM Bedroom Gallery; a Platinum Dreams Cabernet model. Three years later its turned into the worst mattress weve ever owned. It never was what wed hoped for and is now noticeably sagging with the "rolling towards the middle" feeling.Contacted PM Bedroom Gallery who offered to attempt to firm up the sagging middle of the king size bed with what they called a "comfort pad." Me and my husband purchased the same mattress as the previous customer as well as lots of other furniture from PM Bedroom gallerie. We both have back problems the Cabernet model was our second chioce and we love it. The company is honest the sales people are well informed. We took almost a year to make this purchase. When we walked into PM bedroom gallerie we were offered water and were treated like we were at the Hilton. We were allowed to make a well informed decision with no pressure. amazing experience while exploring furniture at the schaumburg loc. The manager did a demonstration for me as he pulled out the dresser drawers and climbed into them to show how derable the furiture was. I was impressed yet not with the price....If their was some kind of coupon out their or a sale!!!! I would invest in this quality furinture. As of now- it is over priced
