Got a hoist removed and was told a price for 2 hours labour, they used the hiab to remove the hoist, put the hoist on their truck, then using the hiab they loaded the hoist onto my trailer outside the workshop. I was then sent the invoice for an extra $125 for them loading it on my trailer. I contacted them to ask why the extra charge and they didn’t care to explain or help. Terrible customer service
Two years ago, I had a hoist installed by P&M. They provided excellent advice to ensure it fit perfectly in the designated area, offered a competitive price, and their aftersales service has been consistently outstanding ever since.
Started my own business with two hoists. They were fine for over a year. Fitted by some one else. Had my first service from this company. 2 guys that didnt speak much English serviced my hoists. The yellow hoist they loosened all the bolts and tried to raise it. Few weeks later i moved a airline across the floor and noticed a nut holding the hoist down moved. I Went and checked all the nuts. unfortunately 9 out of twelve nuts were loose. Dont recommend especially with the customer service after a faulty workmanship.
