I was tld thru a friend about plyofit-Carlos and his staff 4 months ago . So I decided to take the step walked in on a Saturday and have been goin back ever since. They have helped me become more focused and in better shape always pushing and giving you that drive to be better. So if your lookin for a new home for your fitness needs this is it you won't be disappointed.. Truly grateful to the Plyofit team n family .. ♂️
Joined August 2025. Went from not being able to run more than a couple minutes to completing my first 10K last week. Carlos, Alan, and Josh are wonderful. They care about each and every person. They care about your individual needs/goals and tailor your work-out. They listen, they are engaged, and they are motivating. I am actually excited to go to the gym and look forward to the next time. 1000 stars out of 5.
Such a welcoming gym with great vibes! The trainers push you to do your best and help you view fitness in a healthy way.
Carlos and his team at plyofit are awesome! I told them my goals and they came up with the perfect plan to get me where I wanted to be. Couldn’t have completed my first marathon without the training from plyofit.
It’s an amazing place to train at your getting a lot of work done and I recommend you go and try it out for yourself
