I have been going to Plyofit since I was in high school and I am now a collegiate athlete going into my senior year. My trainer Carlos has kept me motivated throughout my ups and downs of training for volleyball. He is the most passionate and genuine person about what he does and for the people he works with. Do not hesitate to sign up and get to work, you won’t regret it!!!
I’ve been going here since I was a freshman in high school (2020). The personalized work out plans have helped me become the newcomer of the year for high school and now a college volleyball player. Staff is very fun and it feels like family every time I walk through the door. I’ll be coming here for many years to come even when I am no longer playing college volleyball.
I’ve been going to Plyofit about 2-3 years, I highly recommend anyone to try this gym. My trainer Carlos Rodriguez goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied in our needs. Carlos makes me feel like home it’s more like a family to me.
