Carlos (owner/trainer) has been doing this for a long time and knows so much about not just exercise but also nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices. 5 stars isn’t enough for Plyofit!! Carlos and his staff are great at what they do. If you barely started your fitness journey or trying to jump start it this is the place to come. You will be pushed past your limits and motivated to come back for more. Can’t wait to get my son back in here in the offseason!!
Such a strong family-oriented environment. I’ve gotten the opportunity to work with them this summer, and it’s not only helped me grow physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. I would 100 percent look into it if you’re looking for a gym.
