I have been attending the Plympton park clinic for nearly 10 years now and have always experienced lovely service. 5/5 Stars once again. Lovely service with Dr Kali, then lovely service with the nurse giving the vaccination shots and lovely service from the admin team as I was leaving the clinic
Bulk billing. Phone consults. what's not to like? Small practice. Male and female doctors. All super friendly and helpful. Clinpath on site. Admin staff are also very friendly and helpful. Very busy, and sometimes a bit behind with time. but for me that shows they take the extra time when needed for patients who need that bit extra.
Staff are friendly and i've never had an issue with any of the doctors but the waiting times are very long. I had a telehealth booking for 2.20pm but did not receive a phone call from the dr until 3.50pm. I had to call twice to make sure I still had a booking.
