Doctor was running early and saw him straight away. Staff friendly. Excellent service.
Its not fair for a patient to wait for a long period of time because your doctor is late. Time is valuable. Like we pay you per 15/20 mins of consultation and how about we make appointment at 10:30 am and still not get called until 11:50am?? Who pays for our time? Cant even get a simple band aid. Been running around since yesterday, urgent clinic 4/5 hrs wait, gp like this. We die and only our turn will come. Peace
First time patient I was si surprised with how quickly I got to see Doctor possibly only 5inutes after my appointment.t time. Do tor took time to ensure I fully understood what the next step in my treatment would be. Overall a really positive experience. I would definitely be an ongoing patient.
