Beware, I was referred to this practice by my dentist after a visit. I came in for a consultation to get some information about how they might be able to help. When I was filling out the paperwork I asked the receptionist if I was going to be charged for this visit and she said that I wasn’t getting any work done it was just a consultation so no charge. Small office with a family owned feeling. I'm a business owner with private insurance that didn't cover Periodontal treatment, went to another local dentist in the Blue Bell area and was quoted a cash price that I was able to pay 1/2 of at Plymouth Valley Periodontal. The main guy there Dr Zito is 1 of the funniest people I know. Welcoming, straight shooter and an absolute pro.
Go to a practice that has some dignity. I had periodontal work performed by Dr Zito in 2019, it was a great experience. I actually left a really great review back then! Fast forward to 2023, I had to go for more periodontal work. My assistant scheduled an appointment, but forgot to add it to my calender, so I ended up missing the appointment.
