I dont write reviews very often, but when I do its because I have a strong opinion about the person/company/thing, I bought my car from P.T.C last March and apart from a couple of liitle minor things which were all in hand and being sorted even befor we came to view it, its been a great buy, and the misses loves it (happy wife = happy life), I cannot speak highly enough of the customer care or the mechanics they are 1st rate even going above and beyond in one case, anyone considering buying a used car I would highly recomend... read more
as i write this review my car which i brought 2 years ago from them is about to go to scap. this company sold me and my family a car, sold the extended warranty and sold us themselves.. if only we knew the hell we was about to face. with in a hour of driving our car out of there garage we drove it back. they was very apologetic and expressed it was a miss hap on there side. with in the first 6 months we returned car on several occasions with the same issue, over and over again being thobbed off and even asked to return the ... read more
