This is a good place for seniors, gated parking, staff seems very nice. Recently remodeled.
I received a call and i dont get it. If your facility rents based on income, why would they need you to make twice the amount of rent? A studio for $1100.00 for seniors is high as well the average ssi check is $1200.00 $45 for a credit report that actually cost $7 is outrageous. Background checks for evictions and felonies, but you dont go by credit scores. And for god sake, put people on the phone that speak english.
