One of the worst insurance company i have ever had. Don’t let them fool you. I started my policy with $110 and after a year they almost triple my price for NO REASON. Last month i paid $295 for what. Did i get tickets that i don’t know? For what? Even if i want to cancel you guys are painful. Costumer service is also one of the worst. PEOPLE STOP USING THIS COMPANY. I CANCELED MY POLICY AND NOW I USE PROG. INSURANCE WHICH IS ONLY $120. DON’T LET THEM SCAM YOU. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Worst insurance company. Customer service is horrible and does not return phone calls. Auto claim from 8/1/22 is still not resolved as of 11/14/22 and adjustor for the company has ghosted us. Would NEVER recommend Plymouth Rock!

Plymouth Rock is trash insurance and doesn't really support or investigate when there is a hit and run however the agent Danelle Zayas is very helpful and knowledgeable of all kinds of other insurance companies that's will fulfill your needs but personally I would stay far away from Plymouth rock insurance they don't have your back trust me....And in time the rock will be on your shoulders 😡😡😡
