DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I WAS INJURED IN AN ACCIDENT (NOT MY FAULT) AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAY FOR DR MANDATED CARE
The worst insurance company I have ever dealt with in my life. Canceled my policy without notifying, even though I've logged in multiple times and it never stated pending cancelation or any other warning. I had a claim done and the representative was never attentive, I would call she never picked up nor gave me a call back. I switched from Geico to them and let me tell you, Geico surpasses them in all levels. Not sure what made me come to them in the first place.
I have been calling for a month and they never answer, plymounth honestly I need help I want to know about my claim, It's been a month since the accident and I still don't know anything, what will happen to my car, the money and the payment for the workshop where the car is parked. I am out of work because I can't move, I need the money for another car, I know they have many claims for other people but it's been more than a month and I need answers.
Oh yeah how you going to have pa tag but stay in NYC I got hit on the fdr because she was in a rush to pick up the kids not kool your drivers
