HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
This company is very bad in customer service They are rude I just called to have a quote for my commercial insurance, And I cannot imagine how they gonna be if you got involved in an accident where you need them to help you
I’ve been with Plymouth Rock Assurance for my home insurance, and on January 15, 2025, I tried to bundle my car insurance to save some money. First, I spoke with Matthew McNellis, who lied to me and said that the system was down and a quote couldn’t be generated. Would not recommend this company. My insurance rate kept increasing every time it was renewed, despite having a good driving record and 0 history of claims. When I called to ask why, I could not get a legitimate answer. Unless you want your insurance bill to be unpredictable and enjoy an increase every few months I would not bother to pursue this company.
Let me tell you about this company here scam and over charging. Every six months my insurance has doubled in pricing. Hundreds of dollars my son had his first accident in four years my Insurance went from $3,000 to $10,500 in six months so basically i am paying Plymouth rock back for the accident my son had that he wasn’t at fault of. Stay clear of this company. My payment was $845.00 a month and now is $3,4000 a month insane i called other insurance companies and they where even surprised of the prices.
